„I am happy to be doing the training as a machine and plant operator at REGUPOL. During my training, I get to know many different machines at all locations, gain insights into the various production techniques and can familiarise myself with our products. It was important for me to be able to work on the machines right away. My colleagues show me everything and explain the functions to me. I can select a machine for the test, which I get to know very intensively. As a woman in a male domain, I feel really comfortable because we all see ourselves as a team here. The colleagues are super helpful and I can learn a lot from them.“
