“I actually come from the automobile industry and hadn’t had a great deal of contact with playgrounds, climbing hall floors, and shooting range floors, but REGUPOL made it easy to familiarize myself with everything. I learn best when I’m just thrown in at the deep end: Talking directly to clients, taking on responsibility for projects, and actually going to the construction site myself. That way you quickly find out what the client needs and what’s needed to make that possible. Safety flooring really is a lot of fun for me. I also love that I’m responsible for international clients, always following the motto “Anchored in Wittgenstein, at home all over the world.” No two projects are the same.
