"I started my career at REGUPOL with an apprenticeship as a Machine and Plant Operator, and even back then I knew that I wanted to keep developing my skills and take on new challenges. During my apprenticeship, I was already given the opportunity to take on additional tasks and assume my first responsibilities. Over time, this opened up new opportunities for me – from becoming a Key User to working in Production Planning and ultimately moving into my current role in Process Management. Looking back, I probably would not have imagined at the beginning of my apprenticeship where my career path would eventually take me. That makes me appreciate even more the opportunities I have had at REGUPOL to grow both professionally and personally and to shape my own career path step by step."
